Quality Improvement

On the Front Lines

Finding ways to help primary care colleagues across Northeast Ohio learn what "works" is an important component of Better Health's work. Since 2007, Better Health has convened twice yearly day-long sessions that bring together clinicians and staff from primary care offices across health systems for a day of learning and sharing about methods, experiences, resources and opportunities that can drive improvement.

Presentations from the most recent Learning Session, Topics in Patient Centered Care, held September 18, 2009, are now available here.
